The Opportunity:
K&S Energy is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Officer to support our Northern Territory operations. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, based in South Australia you’ll play a key role in keeping our busy transport and dangerous goods operation running smoothly through accurate administration, payroll support, compliance coordination and operational assistance. You’ll work closely with drivers, operations, payroll, customers in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities
Process driver paperwork, delivery documentation and operational records.
Complete payroll administration, timesheet checking and KPI reporting.
Coordinate employee inductions, medicals, training and compliance records.
Raise purchase orders, manage invoices and maintain accurate filing systems.
Provide administration support to the Divisional Manager and operations team.
Monitor customer documentation and ensure revenue is accurately captured.
Maintain personnel files, safety documentation and meeting records.
Order uniforms, stationery and office supplies.
Respond to phone and email enquiries professionally.
Support compliance, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist other depots with Admin coverage where required.
About You:
You’ll be someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation and takes pride in accuracy and customer service.
To be successful, you’ll have:
Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive approach and willingness to support a busy operational team.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment.
