About the Role:
Are you looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? We are currently seeking Entry-Level Footwear Factory Hands to join our growing production team. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to learn specialised manufacturing skills and contribute to the production of high-quality footwear products in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and assist with footwear production machinery, including glue application equipment, cutting machines, heat pressing machines, and other manufacturing tools.
- Follow production procedures, specifications, and quality standards to ensure products are completed accurately.
- Inspect products and identify any defects or production issues.
- Assist with general factory and production duties to support daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
Requirements:
- No previous experience required — full training will be provided.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
