About Us
Total Attic Insulation is a fast-growing Perth-based business specialising in ceiling insulation removal and replacement. We do the job properly — full vacuum extraction, Earthwool R4.0 batt installation, and a clean finish every time. We're building a reliable team of trade-focused installers who take pride in their work.
The Role
You'll be working in residential roof cavities across the Perth metro area — removing old insulation with industrial vacuum equipment and installing new Earthwool batts to a high standard. Jobs are managed through Simpro and you'll be expected to sign on and off correctly, follow our installation SOP, and complete photo documentation before and after every job.
What You'll Be Doing
- Vacuum extraction of old insulation from ceiling cavities
- Installation of Earthwool R4.0 batts to manufacturer standards
- Safe handling and disposal of old insulation material
- Safe work around downlights, exhaust vents, and electrical components
- Before-and-after photo documentation on every job (minimum 10 photos)
- SimPRO sign-on and sign-off on arrival and completion
- Keeping the van, tools, and equipment clean and ready
- Representing Total Attic Insulation professionally on every site
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in roof cavities or similar confined/trade environments
- Physically fit — this is hands-on work in tight spaces
- Reliable — you show up on time, every time
- Detail-oriented — you follow the SOP and don't cut corners
- Current driver's licence (you'll be driving a company van)
- White Card (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication — you keep the team informed if anything comes up on site
