Team Leaders
Disability Support Worker (Male and Female) - South and North
We are currently recruiting for:
- 1 Female Team Leader (North)
- 2 Male Team Leaders (North and South)

Disability Support Worker Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants.
- Assist with personal care, daily living, and community participation.
- Promote participant choice, independence, and inclusion.
- Complete accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Team Leader Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of disability support workers.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with NDIS Practice Standards.
- Coordinate daily operations and support participant outcomes.
- Monitor staff performance, compliance, and documentation.
- Assist with incident management, medication oversight, and quality improvement.
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture.
Essential Requirements
✔ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
✔ Manual Handling and Medication Administration training (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
✔ Experience in disability support (leadership experience required for Team Leader roles)

Pay: $38.95 – $55.39 per hour
