With continued growth across our Ports, Coastal and Maritime business, we are looking for an experienced Maritime Lead / BIM Modeller to play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure projects across the region.
You can be based in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled digital engineering professional who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle, from early concept and feasibility stages through to detailed design and delivery.
As the Maritime Lead / BIM Modeller, you will lead the application of BIM, modelling and digital engineering practices across maritime projects while undertaking complex design and modelling tasks. You will be responsible for producing and coordinating high-quality drawing and model deliverables, ensuring digital delivery standards are consistently achieved across multidisciplinary project teams.
Working closely with engineers, designers and project leaders, you will coordinate inputs from multiple disciplines, manage federated project models, support remote delivery teams and contribute to the ongoing development of digital engineering workflows and best practices. You will also play an important role in mentoring team members, driving innovation and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and project outcomes.

Here's what you'll need
Advanced proficiency in Revit, including 3D and 2D modelling and documentation
Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks
Experience delivering BIM and digital engineering outcomes across all project stages, from concept development through to detailed design
The ability to coordinate multidisciplinary models and support the delivery of quality drawing packages
Experience working within federated modelling environments and digital engineering frameworks
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with an interest in sharing knowledge and supporting the growth of others
A curious and innovative mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and finding practical solutions to complex challenges
