We are looking for a full-time Baker for MAHARUDRA PTY LTD T/as Bakers Delight , located at Shop
T1.12/453a Captain Cook Dr, Woolooware NSW 2230, Australia. This is a full-time position
(38 hours per week). You will be reporting directly to the Head Baker and will form a key part of a team
responsible for providing high-quality service.
Duties and Responsibilities
Loading and unloading the Bread and pastry in out of ovens
Checking the cleanliness of equipment and operation of premises before production runs to
ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients
Maudling the dough in a required shape and size
Bun rounder for making rolls, and baking bread
Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods
Preparing pastry fillings
Bun rounder for making rolls, and baking bread
Using all tools & equipment required for the baking of bread. Including knives
Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times
Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of
bread, rolls and pastry products
Qualifications and Experience
Must have Minimum of Certificate III or IV level
Must have experience worked as Baker for more than 1 years
Any successful applicant must be a team player, able to work under pressure & maintain a high level of
cleanliness
