Elimatta Early Learning Centre is seeking passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educators to join our growing team. We are looking for enthusiastic educators who are committed to providing high-quality care and education for children while working collaboratively within a supportive and professional team environment. We are currently seeking Diploma-qualified educators to work alongside our Room Leaders, as well as experienced Diploma educators who are interested in progressing into Room Leader positions that will soon become available.
About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Be available for an immediate start.
- Work within a privately owned and family-operated early learning centre.
- Contribute to a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs that reflect the approved learning frameworks.
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community.
- Facilitate play-based learning experiences that respond to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
- Complete daily room responsibilities, including set-up, pack-up, and maintaining a clean and organised environment.
- Document children's learning through observations, assessments, and learning stories aligned with learning outcomes.
- Support the centre's commitment to delivering high-quality education and care.

Essential Requirements
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Strong understanding of child development and best practice in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care and education.
- Full Australian working rights.
