Job Brief:
We are looking for a professional Housekeeper with integrity and a strong work ethic. Your role is crucial in ensuring our guests have a positive and memorable stay, contributing to our reputation for exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Inspect rooms to ensure they meet our high standards
- Protect equipment and promptly report any damages or maintenance issues
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and patience
- Monitor and restock consumables as needed
- Strictly follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
