Leading or supporting responsive action to audit findings by providing guidance, education, mentoring and advice to service leaders, and monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
-
Building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing practice improvement through clear communication, collaboration and practical problem-solving.
-
Providing guidance to leaders and supporting negotiated solutions that balance regulatory requirements, operational realities and quality outcomes.
