Monadelphous is seeking an experienced INLEC Coordinator for a permanent, office-based role supporting our Offshore Turnaround Team, with occasional site visits as required.
In this role, you will play a key part in the planning, coordination and execution of maintenance activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client requirements.
Working closely with operations, maintenance, engineering teams and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance scopes, developing work packs and supporting successful turnaround delivery.

Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering teams, vendors and subcontractors to gather and coordinate maintenance requirements.

Provide technical support and advice relating to estimating and work pack preparation.

Develop, coordinate and maintain work packs and supporting documentation to enable efficient execution.

Coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards.

Assist with the preparation and implementation of maintenance execution plans.

Oversee planning requirements, including materials, resourcing and equipment procurement.

Maintain and develop expertise across maintenance management systems and planning tools.

Utilise SAP daily to support maintenance planning and coordination activities.

Electrical Trade Qualification or Engineering Degree.

Experience working within onshore or offshore maintenance environments.

Demonstrated experience using CMMS systems, preferably SAP.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels.

Willingness to travel to site as required.

Experience using Primavera P6 or similar planning software.

Previous turnaround, shutdown or maintenance planning experience within the energy, oil & gas.
