We’re growing fast and we need a Supervisor & Team Leader who sees the bigger picture. Someone who knows what excellent cleaning looks like — because they’ve done it — and now wants to build, coach, and inspire a team across our entire operation.
This full-time role spans everything The Better Clean Team does: Airbnb and short-stay cleaning, bond cleans, evening commercial contracts, and specialist services across the Hunter Valley. You’ll be the glue that holds it all together — the person our team trusts, our clients rely on, and the driving force behind our reputation for excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all cleaning teams across multiple service streams and locations
- Conduct quality checks and ensure 5-star standards at every property
- Onboard and train new team members using our online academy
- Manage rosters, schedules, and staff communications
- Liaise with property managers and clients professionally
- Handle on-the-ground problem solving and client escalations
- Report to management and contribute to business improvement
