Highland Pine Products (HPP) is a joint venture company between Pentarch and AKD Softwoods. Highland Pine Products employs 225 people and produces dressed timber and treated timber to be used as house frames and trusses.
We are offering an excellent opportunity for an energetic and self-motivated person to join our high performing team of Saw Doctors.
Key duties & responsibilities will include:
- An absolute commitment to Workplace Health and Safety
- Excellence in maintaining sawing machines, tools, and performance to a high standard
- Working with the team to complete alignments, services and monitoring sawing machines across the sites
- Be multi skilled across a number of hands on tasks, with development across a number of areas
- Perform routine service work and preventative maintenance to ensure our saws are first class
You will bring:
- Trade certificate in Saw Doctoring
- A can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
