Due to continued business growth and an increasing number of projects across Sydney, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and administer construction contracts and subcontract agreements.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Assess variations, claims, extensions of time and contract amendments.
- Coordinate procurement activities and subcontractor engagements.
- Track project costs, budgets and financial performance.
- Prepare progress claims, payment schedules and project reports.
- Maintain contract records and project documentation.
- Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, clients and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in dispute resolution and contract negotiations when required.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
