What you'll do:
Develop competitive, commercially sound pricing strategies across Advisory service offerings.
Provide expert commercial support on complex bids, including pricing structures, cost modelling, scenario analysis, and risk considerations.
Influence senior leaders and pursuit teams through commercial insights and strategic recommendations.
Partner with pursuit teams to develop commercial positions using data-driven reasoning and market analysis.
Support the development and implementation of pricing models, tools, and commercial frameworks.
Partner with the Advisory Pricing Leader to innovate pricing approaches, support commercialisation of new offerings, and embed pricing governance standards.
Collaborate with Finance, Risk/OGC, Client Lead Partners, and cross-functional bid teams to ensure alignment and governance.
What we're looking for:
Core Skills
Experience in strategic pricing, commercial deal structuring, and business partnering in B2B or professional services environments.
Proven ability to work on complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel modelling for pricing and financial analysis.
Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders, support high-stakes negotiations, and drive profitability outcomes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence with impact.
A commercially astute, curious, and data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
Desirable Skills
Exposure to digital, technology, or professional services sectors.
Experience developing and delivering training to uplift commercial capability across teams.
