MK Electrical Supplies is a fast-growing electrical and lighting wholesale business based in Rouse Hill, supplying electricians, contractors, and developers across greater Sydney. We stock everything from LED downlights and cables to switchboards, conduit, and smart lighting.
We're a small but busy operation and we're growing fast — we need our first team member to help take things to the next level.
The Role
This is a hands-on dual role — part admin, part delivery driver. No two days will be the same.
Admin duties include:
- Invoicing and following up outstanding payments
- Processing sales orders in our inventory system (inFlow)
- Answering phones and handling customer enquiries
- Coordinating with suppliers
- General office administration
Delivery duties include:
- Local deliveries to customers across greater Sydney
- Loading and unloading stock
- Representing MK Electrical Supplies professionally on the road
What We're Looking For
- Full valid Australian driver's licence (essential)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident phone manner — not afraid to chase payments
- Experience with invoicing or inventory systems a bonus
- Electrical industry knowledge a bonus but not essential
- Someone reliable, self-motivated, and keen to grow with the business
