About Us
Bridgit is a leading non-bank lender transforming the way Australians access property finance. Purpose-built to make property transactions faster and easier, we pioneered the Buy Now, Sell Later solution – empowering homeowners to unlock their property equity and move on their terms. With a simple digital application, fast approvals, and flexible loan options, we’re making property finance seamless and stress-free.
We’re now five years old and making huge strides. We have accredited over three quarters of Australia’s broker network, and launched white label solutions with Australia’s largest aggregators – Connective, Aussie Home Loans, Finsure, and Loan Market Group – and we’re just getting started.
Our momentum has been recognised with awards such as Best Growth Story at the 2025 Fintech Awards, 2025 Finder People’s Choice Award for Lending Innovation, the finalist for Excellence in Lending (Business & Consumer) at the 2025 Finnies, Deloitte's tech fast 50 2025 and finally; being recognised as one of LinkedIn’s top 20 Start Up’s in Australia 2025.
The Role
Bridgit is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to own broker engagement across our network. You'll define the strategy, build the programs, and drive the commercial outcomes that make our broker channel a core growth lever.
Working closely with the Partnerships, wider marketing, and Sales and Distribution teams, you'll develop the campaigns and lifecycle activity that move brokers from passive to active and have the hands-on capability to execute it yourself.
What you’ll do:
Define and own Bridgit's broker activation strategy, identifying the right mix of lifecycle marketing, content, campaigns, and enablement programs to drive engagement and commercial outcomes.
Develop targeted approaches for different broker segments — from newly onboarded through to highly active — and build the journeys that move brokers through each stage.
Develop broker-facing content, toolkits, and communications that equip brokers with the knowledge and confidence to promote Bridgit products effectively.
Monitor, review and analyse campaign performance, translating data into insights that continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.
Partner closely with Sales, Distribution, and Product to deliver campaigns aligned to business priorities and product launches.
5+ years' experience in a B2B marketing role (broker marketing preferred).
Proven experience designing lifecycle and CRM programs, including segmentation, engagement strategies, and multi-channel delivery.
Experience developing broker or partner enablement programs — collateral, toolkits, communications, and sales tools that people actually use.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and turn it into better outcomes.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Experience in a regulated industry such as financial services, telco, insurance, or banking.
