CARCO Midland are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team.
To be successful, you will have excellent customer service skills, taking the time to relate to your customers to establish and maintain positive customer relationships whilst continuing to grow our customer base. Your strong sales and leadership skills will enable us to provide our customers the most positive buying experience possible to ensure that they make the best decision matched to their needs.
About the Role:
As a key member of our New Vehicle Sales team, you will:

Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional buying experience

Understand and meet customer needs through effective product knowledge

Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features

Negotiate and close sales opportunities

Consistently exceed customer expectations and sales targets
About YOU:
- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service

Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results

Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations

Availability to work late nights on Wednesdays and half day on Saturdays

Current WA drivers’ licence is required

Vehicle salespersons licence or ability to obtain one

Proven success in a dealership environment is highly regarded!
