What you’ll do at our Werribee clinic
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary allied health team, providing clinical supervision, coaching and performance development

Manage a clinical caseload, delivering evidence-based, goal-focused therapy to children aged 0–16 and their families

Oversee quality therapy service delivery, ensuring best-practice early intervention and strong clinical outcomes

Drive team performance and operational success, including activity targets, diary utilisation and client outcomes

Partner with the Practice Principal / Area Manager on clinic operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, and service growth

Build strong relationships with families, educators, health professionals and community stakeholders

Deliver therapy across clinic, home, school and community settings, promoting participation and independence

Contribute to continuous improvement, clinical excellence and innovation in early intervention services
What you’ll bring

Relevant tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline (e.g. OT, Speech Pathology, Psychology)

Current registration/accreditation with your professional body

Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality paediatric or early intervention therapy

Leadership experience (or strong leadership capability) within a multidisciplinary team environment

Proven ability to achieve clinical, financial and quality outcomes, and support others to do the same

Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Passion for mentoring others and building high-performing, collaborative teams

Full working rights, driver’s licence and relevant clearances (WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check)
