As Inclusion & Belonging Manager , you will play a vital role in helping create a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and included. You'll draw on your expertise in inclusion, employee experience, engagement, learning and stakeholder collaboration to deliver initiatives that build awareness, strengthen capability and support a culture where diverse perspectives can thrive.
You'll work closely with leaders, employees, Employee Networks and People Experience teams to drive meaningful outcomes across accessibility, gender equality, First Nations inclusion, LGBTQIA+ inclusion and cultural diversity.
You'll make impact by:
- Delivering and embedding initiatives that support TPG Telecom’s inclusion and belonging priorities, action plans and organisational commitments.
- Designing and facilitating learning programs, workshops, awareness campaigns and events that build inclusion capability and confidence across the business.
- Providing advice and support to leaders and employees on inclusive practices, workplace adjustments, accessibility and belonging initiatives.
- Establishing and supporting Employee Networks that strengthen employee voice, connection and engagement across the organisation.
- Using employee feedback, participation data and insights to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Building partnerships with internal stakeholders, community organisations and industry bodies to advance inclusion outcomes and share leading practices.
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in inclusion, employee experience, employee engagement, organisational development, learning, communications or a related people-focused discipline.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Experience designing and delivering employee programs, learning content, resources or engagement initiatives.
- Strong consultation, problem-solving and influencing skills, with the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge of Australian diversity, discrimination and accessibility legislation and contemporary inclusion practices.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Experience supporting disability inclusion, workplace adjustments, accessibility initiatives or neuro-inclusion programs.
- Experience working with Employee Networks, community partnerships or diversity and inclusion action plans.
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Education, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
- A genuine passion for creating environments where people feel a strong sense of belonging and can bring their authentic selves to work.
