- Drive revenue growth and expand Kanda's presence across the NDIS sector
- Full-time opportunity based in Perth with a team that genuinely cares

Good growth is invisible when it's done well but everyone feels it when an organisation stops moving forward. In a care organisation, expanding services, filling the right vacancies and building the right relationships isn't just a commercial task. It directly affects how many people get access to the support they need.
That's the weight of this role and for the right person, it's exactly what makes it exciting.
We're looking for an experienced Service Development Manager to join the Kanda team on a permanent full-time basis. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, business development and service excellence driving growth within the NDIS sector while making sure every decision comes back to the people we support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand Kanda's presence within the NDIS sector
- Leading the identification, pursuit and acquisition of new business opportunities within the NDIS framework
- Meeting and exceeding revenue targets through effective pipeline management, contract negotiation and deal closing
- Analysing market trends and collaborating with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads
- Managing SIL vacancies by actively sourcing suitable candidates and ensuring vacancies are filled within expected timeframes
- Preparing regular reports on business performance including forecasts, revenue projections and market analysis
- Ensuring full compliance with NDIS regulations, policies and quality standards across all service delivery
- Monitoring, measuring and reporting on KPIs, action plans and risk management frameworks
You're the Right Person If...
- You have proven experience in business development, service development or a similar senior role within the NDIS or community services sector
- You have a strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- You're a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful action
- You understand the NDIS landscape, relevant legislation and what compliance looks like in practice

- You hold or are willing to obtain a Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and a valid Driver's Licence
