We are seeking a passionate, flexible and reliable Casual Early Childhood Educator to join our team.
This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys variety, working across different rooms, and supporting children’s learning and wellbeing in a nurturing early learning environment.
About the role:
- Casual position working approximately 2–3 days per week
- Evening shifts and additional shifts available depending on children’s attendance requirements
- Roster may change weekly based on service needs
- Support educators across rooms and assist with daily routines, play-based learning experiences and children’s wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider team
- Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the service
About you:
- Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences for children
- Reliable, flexible and a positive team member
- Able to work with digital program and planning
- Able to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
Essential requirements:
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
- Child Protection and Safety training
- All other required early childhood compliance certificates
