Rate: $90 – $120 per billable hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Assess & Plan: Conduct comprehensive home and functional assessments, developing personalized therapy plans tailored to Support At Home clients.
Deliver Care: Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions (including minor/complex home modifications and assistive technology prescriptions) to a diverse range of clients.
Collaborate: Partner closely with clients, families, our internal allied health team, and external care coordinators to achieve optimal independence and safety outcomes.
Document & Evolve: Maintain accurate clinical documentation, track progress, and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Experience: Experience in community-based occupational therapy is preferred but not essential.
Compliance & Mobility: A current Australian driver’s licence and a reliable, insured vehicle are mandatory for this mobile role.
Rights: Australian work authorization is required for this position.
