ABOUT THE ROLE
Continuum Teletherapy and Allied Health is hiring registered psychologists to join our fully remote team, anywhere in Australia. There is no minimum caseload, no utilisation rate, and no fixed hours. You set your own schedule and we handle everything else.
We are Australia's first integrated telehealth platform to bring oral health into the same care model as psychology, occupational therapy, speech pathology and dietetics. If you have worked in multidisciplinary care before and found the gaps frustrating, this is built to close them.
WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
Every client comes through structured intake. By the time they land in your Halaxy calendar they already have a file with presenting concerns, history, funding details and relevant flags noted. Billing across Medicare, NDIS, EAP, DVA and private is managed by us. Your documentation is one clinical note per session. Every clinical decision stays yours.
You receive 60% of session fees. If you contract as a sole trader, superannuation is paid quarterly on top of that, calculated honestly into the split rather than absorbed into it.
WHO WE ARE PARTICULARLY KEEN TO HEAR FROM
We are actively building a team that reflects the communities we serve. We would especially love to hear from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander psychologists, and from practitioners based in rural or remote Australia (MMM5, MMM6 or MMM7). Telehealth removes the isolation that often comes with remote practice, and we are building specifically toward underserved communities that have the least access to integrated care.
We also want to hear from psychologists who are returning from parental leave, winding back from practice ownership, or building a caseload around caring responsibilities. Our model was designed with that flexibility in mind, not as an exception to it.
REQUIREMENTS
You will need:
Full general AHPRA registration (this role is not open to provisional psychologists)
Medicare provider eligibility for Better Access
Your own ABN
Professional indemnity insurance
HONEST NOTE
We are a young platform. Full books are not guaranteed from day one. If you are growing gradually, this works in your favour. If you need a full caseload from week one, we want to be upfront that we may not be the right fit yet.
