What You Bring
Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to motivate, dynamic decision-making skills, and strong performance-management capabilities.
Advanced Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict de-escalation skills.
Domain Expertise: Experience supporting complex needs, behaviours of concern, and mental health is essential.
Values-Driven Mindset: Passion for person-centred care, diversity, and community inclusion.
Qualifications: Certifications in Disability, Community Services, or Individual Support are preferred.

Current NSW Driver’s Licence
Current paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
Current First Aid and CPR Certifications
Satisfactory pre-employment National Police Check
