About the Role
We are seeking a highly reliable and motivated Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team in Keysborough. This is a diverse role combining bookkeeping, office administration, and basic digital marketing support, including maintaining the company website and social media platforms.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and is committed to helping a business operate efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Finance
Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Bank reconciliations
Payroll support
General data entry and record keeping
Assisting with BAS preparation and financial reporting
Maintaining accurate financial records
Liaising with accountants and external stakeholders as required
Office Administration
General administrative and office support duties
Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Filing and document management
Ordering office supplies and coordinating office requirements
Assisting management with day-to-day business operations
Maintaining company databases and records
Website & Social Media
Updating and maintaining the company website
Creating and scheduling social media content
Monitoring social media accounts and responding to enquiries where appropriate
Assisting with basic marketing and promotional activities
Ensuring company information online remains accurate and up to date
Requirements
Native Mandarin speaker, proficient English both speaking and writing.
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
High level of integrity and professionalism
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration experience
Accounting or bookkeeping qualifications/training
Experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
Experience managing websites and social media platforms
