HVAC Service Technician / Air Conditioning Cleaning Technician
Location: Melbourne (preferably based near Caulfield or surrounding suburbs)
Employment Type: Full-time or Casual (depending on the successful applicant)
Pay: $2,000–$4,000+ per week (performance-based for the right candidate)

Requirements:
- Valid Australian driver’s licence (essential)
- Reliable vehicle (rental options available if needed)
- Strong English communication skills
- Confident speaking with customers
- Sales or customer service experience is highly regarded
- Reliable, motivated, and professional
- Able to commit for a minimum of 4 months
Experience:No HVAC experience is required. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Preferred (not essential):
- ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Previous HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, or trade experience
Please note: This role focuses on air conditioning servicing and cleaning. It is not an installation role.
