PHARMACY ASSISTANT (CASUAL)
Amcal Pharmacy Kings Cross has an exciting career opportunity for a Casual Pharmacy assistant.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and hard working team member who is eager to learn and grow within the pharmacy industry. Previous pharmacy or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Must have or be willing to obtain:
- The Pharmacy Guild of Australia SIRCIND002 - Support the Supply of Pharmacy Medicines and Pharmacist Only Medicines Statement of Attainment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide patients with health care solutions
- Give advice on over the counter medications
- Assist in daily stock replenishment and merchandising
- Support and assist the Pharmacist
- Customer service & Cashier processing
- Store presentation & Cleaning
- Assist in delivering Pharmacy Healthcare Services
Required Skills:
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a busy community pharmacy
- Good communication skills
- Prior customer service experience
- A strong work ethic
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Be able to work both independently and within a team
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Applicant must be available to work a Friday and Saturday shift
- Availability for additional shift across the week is an advantage
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $33.19 – $46.46 per hour
