The Opportunity
Our Nedlands Showroom, located on the vibrant Stirling Highway retail strip, is seeking a personable, dynamic and customer-focused casual Design Consultant to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and personalised design solutions across our Perth showroom network.
Based primarily at Nedlands, this is a
casual floating role that will also support our Osborne Park and Canning Vale showrooms when required, providing
weekend coverage,
end-of-sale and seasonal support (including the busy Christmas and New Year period) and stepping in when the team is short-staffed.
You'll join an established, collaborative team and work with a discerning clientele who value premium design, quality and service.
You'll be supported by a highly experienced team, comprehensive training, and a commission structure designed to reward performance.

The Role
- Deliver a premium, consultative customer experience in-store and over the phone.
- Build strong relationships and guide customers through considered purchasing decisions.
- Provide flexible support across our Nedlands, Osborne Park and Canning Vale showrooms as required.
- Maintain showroom presentation in line with visual merchandising standards.
- Follow up quotes, enquiries and orders to convert sales opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and campaign results.
- Process sales orders accurately using King Living systems.
- Maintain samples, product cards, brochures and showroom materials.
About You
- Experience in interior design, textiles, furniture or design-adjacent fields is highly regarded, alongside a background in retail sales, hospitality or other customer-facing roles.
- Passion for design with a strong eye for detail and presentation.
- Team-orientated, collaborative and adaptable - happy to work flexibly across multiple locations.
- Confident communicator with a professional, warm approach - comfortable engaging experience-driven customers in a premium retail environment.
- Results-driven with a willingness to learn and develop product expertise.
- Comfortable using systems and completing accurate data entry.
- Availability across weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.
