As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our Brisbane-based Talent Acquisition team.
This is a hands-on internal recruitment role focused on attracting and securing high-calibre professional and technical talent across corporate and operational support functions, including Finance, IT, HSEQ, Engineering and other white-collar disciplines.
About the Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of professional and technical vacancies. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys stakeholder engagement, proactive talent sourcing, recruitment process ownership, and influencing hiring decisions in a fast-paced environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a confident recruitment professional who can build strong stakeholder relationships and manage multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality recruitment experience.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in an internal, agency or RPO environment
- Proven experience recruiting white-collar and technical positions across functions such as Finance, IT, HSEQ, Engineering, Commercial or Professional Services
- Strong capability in direct sourcing and talent mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Experience generating employment contracts and managing offer and onboarding processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience within mining, resources, engineering, construction or heavy industry sectors will be highly regarded
