In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering property asset management and leasing services across a diverse property portfolio, this role will see you supporting the effective management of leased assets, coordinating commercial lease arrangements, engaging with service providers, and providing informed property advice that supports sound business decision making and value for money outcomes.
You will navigate and coordinate leasing services, asset performance, and stakeholder relationships to deliver improved utilisation, compliance and financial outcomes, within a complex public sector environment balancing commercial, operational and community interests.

About you
Your strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement capability and property coordination experience, formed through your experience within a rail property environment, will see you excel in managing leased property portfolios, supporting contract and supplier performance, and providing practical, evidence based advice to senior stakeholders to achieve optimal asset outcomes.
You’re recognised as a collaborative and solutions focused professional, skilled at coordinating property and leasing activities, negotiating outcomes, and managing competing priorities, with experience in commercial property, leasing practices, procurement, and contract management within a regulated or complex operating environment.
