Dental Receptionist - Full-Time
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience while managing the day-to-day reception operations of the practice.
About You
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a dental reception role
- Professional presentation with a friendly and confident manner
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, organised, and able to build rapport with patients
- Motivated team player with a willingness to learn
Dental Assistant - Full-Time or Part-Time
We are also seeking an enthusiastic and caring Dental Assistant to support our clinical team. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work at the clinic location that best suits their circumstances.
About You
- Minimum 12 months' chairside dental assisting experience
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
- Professional and friendly approach
- Good communication and computer skills
- Reliable and motivated team player
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
