In this Head of Engineering – HICAPS role, you will join the Technology and Operations team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Drive technical delivery with a focus on improving speed, cost and quality of outcomes, ensuring the squads are aligned on objectives and outcomes.
- Support and drive lean portfolio management across the Domain through linking business roadmaps with software delivery.
- Accountable for removing technical or delivery impediments that can’t be resolved at Squad level.
- Leading the IT function across infrastructure, service delivery, and security.
- Developing IT roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Managing IT budgets, staffing, and system architecture decisions.
- Ensuring high availability, performance, and cybersecurity of systems.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Managing and delivering large complex programs containing multiple streams, across multiple regions, with multiple vendors (typically >50m excl. software & hardware).
- Building, leading and managing teams between 10-200+ people.
- Managing & delivering multi-business unit initiatives.
- Contract & vendor management.
- Understanding of world class initiatives within Technology in general and an awareness of Global developments and practices.
