We are looking for an experienced Pick Packer who can work quickly, meet hourly order targets and consistently prepare orders correctly. We also need someone accountable and willing to take on greater responsibilities as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick the correct products and quantities from customer orders.
- Pack orders quickly and carefully to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.
- Meet required order-per-hour targets while maintaining order accuracy.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare parcels for courier collection.
- Receive, check and organise incoming stock from suppliers.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised warehouse.
- Use tape dispensers, cutters and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
About You
- Minimum two years of experience as a Pick Packer.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is essential.
- Able to work quickly and meet performance targets without compromising accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good manual dexterity using tape dispensers, cutters and packing materials to customise boxes, fill gaps, prevent movement and pack orders presentably as per our guidelines.
- Reliable, punctual, organised and accountable.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision once trained.
- Takes pride in the excellent quality and speed of their work.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Preferably located in Hoxton Park or surrounding areas.

Hours and Availability
The position offers approximately 15–24 hours per week. Successful applicants must be available on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00am. More days available after initial training.
