This is a fantastic opportunity to provide meaningful, one-on-one support to seniors in our community, helping them maintain their independence and thrive comfortably in their own homes.
The Role & Hours
We are looking for someone to cover approximately 16 hours per fortnight, with regular shifts scheduled across Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Shift Times: Typically between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (perfect for school hours or maintaining a great work-life balance!).
- Location: Servicing our local clients in the community.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Every day is a little different, but your core focus will be delivering high-quality, person-centred care, including:
- Domestic Assistance: Helping with light house cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy, safe home environment.
- Personal Care: Assisting with showering, dressing, grooming, and hygiene with the utmost dignity and respect.
- Social Support & Transport: Accompanying clients to local appointments, running essential errands, or simply providing a friendly face and a chat.
What You Need to Bring
- Reliable Vehicle & Current Open Driver’s Licence (Essential for traveling between client homes and assisting with community transport).
- A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one quickly).
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability Support) are highly regarded, but a genuinely caring attitude and strong work ethic are our top priorities.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a heart for helping the older generation.
You will be reporting to a Manager based in Brisbane. All interviews will be conducted virtually.

Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour
