Seers Digital is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Senior Oracle Forms / PL/SQL Engineers for upcoming project opportunities. This role will suit a highly experienced engineer with deep knowledge of legacy Oracle environments and a strong background in analysing complex applications, databases and business logic.
Key responsibilities

Lead source code reverse engineering across Oracle Forms applications
- Analyse Oracle database objects and application dependencies
- Map relationships between source code, database components and business processes
- Review and validate business and system rules extracted using AI-assisted tools
- Identify technical risks, dependencies and areas requiring further investigation
- Produce clear technical documentation to support modernisation and transformation activities
- Work closely with technical teams and project stakeholders throughout delivery
About you
You will ideally bring:

15+ years of experience working with Oracle Forms
- Strong experience with Oracle Forms 6
- Extensive Oracle 9 and Oracle 11 database engineering experience
- Advanced PL/SQL and database object analysis skills
- Experience in source code reverse engineering and dependency mapping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- The ability to validate complex business and system rules
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
