About the Role
Peninsula Paint Supplies is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team at our Kippa-Ring branch. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, safely loading and unloading delivery vehicles, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries to our customers.
You will also support general warehouse operations, including stock replenishment and organisation. The role involves hand unloading paint and consumables at panel shops and industrial facilities, so a good level of physical fitness is required.

What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- Valid Australian driver's licence with a good driving record (mandatory)
- Physically capable of manual handling and able to lift up to 20 kg
- Punctual, reliable and a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Comfortable working on your feet, in and out of a vehicle regularly, in both indoor and outdoor environments
Desirable (not essential -- training and support provided):
- Experience driving a van or similar light commercial vehicle
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain -- we will support you to achieve this within 3 months)
- Basic computer skills for order and delivery records
- An interest in the automotive or trades industry
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Operations
- Pick and prepare stock accurately for customer orders
- Safely load and unload company vehicles, adhering to manual handling protocols
- Delivery of goods safely and efficiently to customers as scheduled
- Complete all delivery documentation and log records
- Completing your own daily vehicle safety check
- Operate forklifts safely (if licensed) in compliance with WHS requirements
General Duties
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain professional conduct in all customer and internal interactions
- Attend to cleaning, basic maintenance and other tasks as required
- Support colleagues to foster a safe, inclusive and productive workplace
