Reporting to the General Manager, your role is assist with gardening, landscaping and general maintenance to the property. Opportunity for a full time role after probation period.
The following tasks are carried out:-
- Maintenance – Undertake a variety of property maintenance duties and repairs. This will involve a general knowledge of and experience in activities such as light bulb replacement, minor tap repairs, cleaning of roof gutters/drains, adjusting locks, minor repainting duties, door and window adjustments. A general knowledge of and skills with hand tools and portable power equipment would be advantageous.
- Gardens and Grounds Maintenance – weeding, spraying, pruning, blowing and allied gardening duties
- Indoor Pool/Spa - daily maintenance, cleaning and testing
- Janitorial and Outdoor Cleaning – Maintenance of exterior presentation, including buildings, windows, power washing, pathways, terrace areas, outdoor furniture, and disposal of waste
- Monday to Friday only
To be successful in this role, you will possess:-
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a similar role
- Sound maintenance skills with a broad range of applications
- Garden / Landscaping/Maintenance/Trade experience (advantageous)
- Current Police and Working with Children Check
- Training provided
- Willingness to learn
Pay: $37.35 – $44.82 per hour
Education:
- High School (Year 12) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Property maintenance: 4 years (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Full Driver Licence (Preferred)
