At Coles Group, our Payroll Processing team plays a critical role in ensuring thousands of team members are paid accurately and on time, every week.
Supporting our Distribution Centres, Retail Manufacturing Sites and Coles Fulfilment Centres, we manage payroll activities for approximately 6,000 active wages team members, along with agency workers across our network. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, we are committed to delivering an exceptional payroll service while continuously improving our processes, systems and controls.
As a Payroll Administrator, you'll be a key contributor to the successful delivery of our weekly payroll cycles. Working closely with internal stakeholders, our central Payroll Operations team and outsourced payroll provider, you'll help ensure payroll is processed accurately, efficiently and in compliance with legislative and industrial requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with complex workforce data and building strong relationships across a diverse operational network.
Based in Victoria, this role offers a hybrid working model, with three days per week onsite and two days working from home.
Create and maintain base rosters, manage leave activities and resolve payroll exceptions through Workforce Dimensions, OneTeam, Time Management Workbench (TMW) and associated systems.
Sound understanding of payroll legislation, including PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax and WorkCover requirements.
