Your new role:
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, evidence-based and person-centred care to patients experiencing mental health challenges.
Provide compassionate nursing care that supports patients' physical, psychological, social and emotional wellbeing.
Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to plan, deliver and evaluate patient care.
Contribute to a safe, supportive and recovery-focused mental health environment.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement, education and professional development.
