In this casual role, you will have the perfect platform to showcase your mixology skills, crafting exceptional cocktails and pouring premium beverages with flair and precision. Beyond making incredible drinks, you will set the tone for the room by creating an energetic, welcoming atmosphere, building rapport with patrons, and delivering the highly personalised service our establishment is known for.
The Gig:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a high level of service.
- Process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient working environment.
About you:

You have proven bartending experience in a fast-paced venue, bringing strong multitasking skills and a deep knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology.
- You possess a bubbly, positive personality and strong English skills, allowing you to confidently engage with guests and seamlessly collaborate with the wider team.
- You are physically comfortable standing for long shifts and can expertly navigate a bustling floor while balancing trays of glassware or carrying three plates.
- You hold a current NSW RSA certificate and have flexible availability to work three days a week, which will regularly include evening and weekend shifts.
