At our Chirnside Park store, you'll help customers find the perfect lighting solutions while creating an exceptional in-store experience. Working as part of a supportive team, you will:

Inspire and develop your team through coaching, mentoring and hands-on leadership

Drive commercial success by growing sales across retail, trade and design

Deliver service that stands out, creating memorable experiences for every customer

Build strong trade relationships and expand engagement with our Retail & Trade Loyalty Program

Share your expertise to help customers make confident lighting and design decisions

Create a store that shines, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards

Lead a culture of safety and wellbeing, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for customers and team members

Partner with the Store Manager to achieve operational excellence and store goals
