About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven Outbound Sales & Partnerships Executive to actively generate new business opportunities and grow our client network.
This is a true outbound sales role suited to someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting people, building relationships, and securing new business.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s client portfolio across multiple industries.
This is not an administration or account maintenance role — we are looking for someone proactive, commercially minded, and driven by growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct outbound sales activity including calls, meetings, networking, and site visits
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Identify partnership opportunities across corporate, tourism, hospitality, events, education, and community sectors
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Attend networking and industry events
- Represent the company professionally across all interactions
- Work closely with operations and management teams to support business growth
- Maintain accurate records of client activity and follow-ups
Previous Experience Required
Applicants must have previous experience in one or more of the following:
- Outbound sales or business development
- Passenger transport or coach charter industry
- Tourism and hospitality
- Corporate account management
- Event or group logistics
- Client acquisition or relationship management
Applicants must demonstrate:
- Proven ability to generate and secure new business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations
- Ability to work independently and manage their own pipeline
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Highly Regarded
- Existing industry connections or client networks
- Experience within transport, tourism, or travel industries
- Understanding of charter operations and passenger transport logistics
- Experience using CRM or sales management systems

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
