We're seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in
South Morang. You'll provide person-centred support to individuals with complex physical and neurological disabilities, helping them maintain independence, achieve their goals, and remain connected to their community.
Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you'll receive ongoing training and development while delivering high-quality care that makes a genuine difference.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build a consistent, respectful support relationship that promotes independence, confidence and wellbeing
- Support personal care, daily living tasks and routine activities in line with individual support plans
- Provide safe manual handling and transfers
- Support people with complex physical and neurological disabilities using person-centred practices
- Work collaboratively with the broader support team and allied health recommendations to deliver consistent, high-quality support
- Maintain accurate documentation
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting people with complex physical disabilities, acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy and/or intellectual disabilities
- Is confident providing personal care, manual handling and two-person assisted transfers
- Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with colleagues, participants and families
- Has strong communication, observation and documentation skills
- Holds a valid P2 or Open Driver Licence and has access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- Holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
Shifts Available
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 9:00am
- Monday to Friday: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am – 10:00am
- Saturday: 8:30pm – 10:30pm
