RAAM Storage is part of the Authorised SSI Schaefer Distributor Network. We specialise in Supply, Installation, Maintenance and Auditing of a wide range of storage systems.
Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Installations All-Rounder to join our team.
Key Responsibilities This Role Will Involve:
- On-site installation of pallet racking and steel shelving systems
- Repair and maintenance of storage equipment
- Compliance with all company and client OH&S policies and procedures
- Safe operation of hand and power tools
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Picking and packing orders
- Inventory management
- Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers
- Freight organisation and dispatch coordination
- Delivery of goods to client sites
- Workshop-based modification of racking components (cutting, drilling, etc.)
- Interpreting and working from technical drawings
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Hold a current driver’s licence
- Hold a valid Forklift Licence
- Hold a valid EWP (Elevated Work Platform) Licence
- Hold a White Card
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate (desirable)
Desirable Skills & Experience (Training will be provided for the right candidate):
- Experience in pallet racking and steel shelving installation
- Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial environment
- Knowledge of pallet racking standards, including AS 4084
