We're on the hunt for awesome Kitchen All-Rounders to join the Boss Squad and help sling some epic burgers to the people of Ballarat!
Have you cooked a million burgers before? Never cooked a burger in your life but keen to learn? Either way, we'd love to hear from you. We believe skills can be taught, but attitude is everything. If you've got a strong work ethic, a positive mindset and a willingness to learn, we can teach you the rest.
Hours typically range from 10–35 hours per week, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week and availability across weekends required.

What You'll Be Doing
- Cooking and assembling burgers to Boss Burger Co standards
- Preparing fresh ingredients and completing food prep tasks
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and efficient
- Managing stock levels and communicating stock requirements
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
- Ensuring every order leaves the kitchen looking and tasting amazing

Things To Note
Successful applicants will be required to attend an in-person job trial at our Ballarat Central restaurant.
We pay in accordance with the Fast Food Industry Award. Rates vary depending on age and classification under the award.
