- Competitive pay from $33-$45 per hour + super + penalties + employee benefits
- Paid induction, supported shadow shifts, and ongoing professional development
- Flexible casual and part-time opportunities with a supportive, people-first team
At Kanda, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a life of choice, independence, and inclusion. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping people achieve their goals, build confidence, and participate fully in their communities.
This is more than a support role, it's an opportunity to create positive change, build genuine connections, and be part of a team that values compassion, respect, and person-centred care.
No two days are the same. One day you may be supporting someone to develop life skills, attend appointments, or engage in community activities. The next, you could be helping them achieve a personal goal they've been working towards. Every interaction has the potential to make a lasting impact.
If you're passionate about empowering others, enjoy meaningful work, and want to be supported by a team that genuinely values what you do, we'd love to hear from you.
