- Cafe Kazu – Chatswood Chase (Starting 22nd of Oct)

About the Role
We’re seeking experienced waitstaff who can deliver exceptional service, stay composed under pressure, and bring positive energy to every shift. You’ll be an important part of our team, ensuring our diverse and loyal customers enjoy a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and provide professional, friendly service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders with confidence
- Deliver meals and drinks promptly and correctly
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining a clean, organised section
- Collaborate with floor, coffee, and kitchen teams for smooth service
- Handle customer feedback with maturity and professionalism
What You Bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in a busy café or restaurant
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and calmness in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong team-player mindset
- Familiarity with POS systems and table service standards (advantageous)
