About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will lead operational performance across your service cluster through :
Leadership
Lead and support teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred services
Promote client and staff safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
Foster an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
Continuous Improvement
Partner with clients, their Circle of Supports, and staff to enhance service planning and outcomes
Drive quality improvement initiatives while managing risk and compliance requirements
Strategic & Operational Delivery
Support delivery of the Regional Plan alongside the Regional Business Manager
Achieve performance outcomes across client experience, employee engagement, service quality, financial sustainability, and stakeholder relationships
