We’re looking for an experienced Sushi Roll Maker to join our long-term kitchen team at YURICA Japanese Kitchen.
Minimum 2+ years of professional sushi roll-making experience is essential.

- Confident and efficient sushi roll preparation
- Strong speed, consistency & presentation
- Good understanding of sushi rice and ingredients
- Clean, organised and reliable
- Comfortable working independently in a busy kitchen
