The opportunity
We’re seeking two Administration Officer’s to join our team on a contract basis, being the first point of contact to our customers and internal stakeholders across the broader functions of Corporate Performance & Improvement, ICT, and People & Culture.
Which role is right for you?
Administration Officer – People, Process & Technology (PPT)
- Ideally commencing from December 2026
- Hourly Rate: $39.77 to $46.70
- You will be working from PSC Administration Building, Raymond Terrace
Reporting directly to our PPT Section Manager, you will play a key role in triaging internal stakeholder requests across our broader team functions of ICT, Corporate Performance and Improvement and People & Culture.
No two days will be the same, ranging from diary management, meeting coordination, project support, preparation of key documents, record management and recruitment process support through triaging candidate enquiries or scheduling interviews.
Your role is vital in enabling the team to provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for managing the Section Managers calendar and monitoring of inboxes for each of the broader units across the team.

Although we’re not seeking someone with a background in people or systems, we are seeking a self-starter who has a genuine passion for the administration field.

Administration Officer – Corporate Performance & Improvement (CPI)

Our Corporate Performance and Improvement team support our broader organisation across a variety of Corporate Planning, Continuous Improvement projects and Workplace Change initiatives.
The team are currently seeking an effective, self-starter administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, effectively running and coordinating their day-to-day administrative duties and support.
Reporting to the Corporate Performance and Improvement Manager, your role will range from diary management, meeting coordination, project support and preparation of key documents.
